I really enjoyed this workshop a couple weeks ago on how to make loose incense with Jess Ring at Wildcraft in Portland!

I walked into this labyrinth this evening with a question and I walked out with exactly the answer I needed.

I spent last weekend expanding my breathing and down regulating my nervous system! I have a lot of great info and exercises to share with my coaching and bodywork clients!

I am super grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from so many inspiring women creating positive change at the MUSE Conference today!
